Who are Kendrick Cars? 

Based in Nottingham, East Midlands and just 20 minutes from Leicester, Derby and Lincoln; we are suppliers of Prestige, Luxury, 4 X 4 and Sports cars. Established for over 50 years, we are a family business taking pride in the Quality vehicles we supply, ensuring our cars are individual to others in the marketplace, but also offering high spec, quality and value for money. All of our cars are hand-picked to ensure quality, and all are HPI checked to ensure their pedigree. 

What can we do for you? 

Kendrick Cars (FCA reg 980816) work with a panel of carefully selected lenders who may be able to fund your vehicle purchase. Kendrick Cars is a credit broker – NOT a lender. We will receive a commission if you choose to fund your purchase through one of our selected lenders. 

You are under no obligation to make use of any financial product arranged by us. Other providers may offer similar finance products which may meet your needs. 

Need extra support? 

We understand that choosing your new car is a big decision and that a lot of factors will be discussed. If at any stage, during the process you feel that you need extra support while you consider your purchase options, please do not hesitate to mention this to us. This could include language or access challenges for example. We will do all we can to facilitate your needs so that you can make a decision which is right for you. 

What if you have a complaint? 

In most cases a complaint can be resolved by a manager at Kendrick Cars. However, you can register formally in writing by emailing [email protected] or by post to Kendrick Cars, Furlong House, Browns Lane, Stanton on the Wolds, Nottingham, NG12 5BL. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within seven working days. 

If you are unhappy with the response to your complaint, or you wish to receive independent advice, you can seek to gain Alternative Dispute Resolution by contacting the National Conciliation Service on 01788538317 or via their website www.nationalconciliationservice.co.uk 

If you wish to make a complaint after a purchase, and have chosen to fund your purchase through one of our recommended lenders then you may wish to choose to contact them directly with your concern and they will guide you through their own complaint process, due to their vested interest in your vehicle. 

What if you are still dissatisfied? 

If at any stage, you feel that you cannot get a satisfactory resolution to your complaint you can refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
